Hi, I’m Bliss and I’m a certified yoga instructor! I was trained in Vinyasa yoga and got my teaching certificate from Lotus Seed Yoga, and I have been teaching yoga for a year and a half now. Beyond yoga, I am also a graduate student studying psychology. I love to integrate yoga techniques as a way to help people cope and feel more comfortable in their bodies and mind.
I am super passionate about yoga and helping people feel good about themselves and achieve the version of themself they most want to be. I am also passionate about helping people use yoga in a way that is most beneficial to them, whether they have a specific purpose for how they think yoga can help them, or just overall create a healthier, more peaceful body and outlook on life. I believe everyone deserves to benefit from yoga and it has the potential to help people transform psychologically, mentally, and emotionally.
My personal growth with yoga has come from discovering inner peace and contentment on an entirely new level. Combining my experience in psychology and yoga allowed me to understand a wider range of my emotions and feel greater empathy for those around me. The best part about this discovery is in my interactions with others, particularly through yoga. I am beyond grateful to work with other brilliant minds to help me grow and I try to apply the lessons I've learned into my yoga instruction for others.
