Hey, it’s Noble here, and I am your Evolve Running coach! I’ve been a student of the sport of running for 9 years and have gone through an effective collegiate system in Menlo College. During my time there, I was fortunate to earn a national qualifying time to compete in the NAIA national marathon.
I believe in training the individual in front of me. Everyone deserves a fair chance to achieve their physical goals with a program that suits them just right. Running is not just about getting a "workout", but also building a healthy and sustainable relationship with your body. With these core principles in mind, better fitness and faster times always seem to follow close behind.
My personal growth with running has come from learning to correct an unfortunate injury cycle that has afflicted me for much of my running carrier. These have ranged from achilles tendonitis to stress fractures in my tibia. The time I have spent recovering offered many moments to reflect and learn from past experiences, and in a strange way I am thankful for the growth opportunity these hard times provide. I make sure to apply these lessons learned into my coaching process with others and am very careful to train those today in a way that they can train again tomorrow.
